Mình đang tập dịch các đoạn văn tiếng anh, nhưng chỉ có mình dịch thì không thể tiến bộ được. Nên mọi người cũng dịch vs mình nha

Tony had always wanted to explore the foothills of the Himalayas. So when he was offered an early retirement package by his firm, he decided to take advantage of the opportunity. First, he needed to get really fit, so he spent a month training in the Lake District. When he could run up Buttermore Fell without stopping, he considered he was ready. He booked a trip with a well-known trekking company and flew out to Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
His group were planning to trek in Annapurra region, but unfortunately the Neplese were beginning to get worried about the amout of damage being done to their acient mountains by the constant pummelling of climbers's feet. So they temporarily suspended permission for foreigners to climb or use footpaths in the area. The group leader was very apolpgetic, but he laid on rafting on the River Trisuli and sightseeing in the cappital. After a few days, the authorities lifted their ban, and Tony was able to trek through some of the world's most beautiful scenery, with breathtaking views of Mount Everest and Kanchenjunga.
At night, the group were accommodated in the simple village rooms and ate with the Nepalese. Most of the group were more experienced trekkers than Tony and several of them had visited the Himalayas before. All in all, Tony reckoned it was the most exciting experience he'd ever had and vowed to returned to Nepal at the very first opportunity.
