= $\sqrt{\sqrt{11^2}-2\sqrt{11}.\sqrt{5}+\sqrt{5^2}}$
= $\sqrt{(\sqrt{11}-\sqrt{5})^2}$
= $\sqrt{11}-\sqrt{5}$
=> $a = 11 , b = 5$
Vậy $a-b = 11-5 = 6$

$\sqrt{15 - 6\sqrt{6}} + \sqrt{33 - 12\sqrt{6}}$
$=|3 - \sqrt{6}| + |2\sqrt{6} - 3|$
$=3 - \sqrt{6} + 2\sqrt{6} - 3$
$=\sqrt{6}$
$=> a=0; b=1$
$=> a+b=1$
