$C=t^2+\dfrac{1}{t}+3t-1=t^2-t+\dfrac{1}{t}+4t-1 \ge (t-\dfrac{1}{2})^2+4-\dfrac{5}{4} \ge \dfrac{11}{4}$

Đẳng thức xảy ra khi $t=\dfrac{1}{2} \leftrightarrow x=\dfrac{7}{2}$
