\Leftrightarrow $x-2\sqrt{x}+1+y-1-2\sqrt{y-1}+1+z-2-2\sqrt{z-2}+1=0$

\Leftrightarrow $(\sqrt{x}-1)^2+(\sqrt{y-1}-1)^2+(\sqrt{z-2}-1)^2=0$

\Leftrightarrow $x=1;2;z=3$

\Rightarrow $x^2+y^2+z^2=...$
