b) $(\frac{2xy}{x^2-y^2} + \frac{x-y}{2x+2y}) : \frac{x+y}{4x}$
$=(\frac{4xy}{2(x-y)(x+y)}+\frac{(x-y)^2}{2(x+y)(x-y)}) : \frac{x+y}{4x}$
$=\frac{x+y}{2(x-y)} . \frac{4x}{x+y}$
$=\frac{2x}{x-y}$

c) $(\frac{x^2}{y^2} - \frac{y}{x}) : (\frac{x}{y^2} + \frac{1}{x} + \frac{1}{y})$
$=\frac{x^3-y^3}{xy^2} : \frac{x^2+ xy + y^2}{xy^2}$
$=\frac{xy^2(x-y)(x^2+xy+y^2)}{xy^2(x^2+xy+y^2)}$
$=x-y$
