$= 25x^2 + 25y^2 + 144 + 9x^2 + 16y^2 - 72x - 96y + 24xy$
$= (9x^2 + 24xy + 16y^2) + (25x^2 - 72x + 51.84) + (25y^2 - 96y + 92.16)$
$= (3x - 4y)^2 + (5x - 7.2)^2 + (5y - 9.6)^2$
$A_{min} = 0 \leftrightarrow \left\{ \begin{array}{l} 3x = 4y \\ x = 1.44 \\ y = 1.92 \end{array} \right. \leftrightarrow x = 1.44, y = 1.92$
