a/ $\dfrac{x+y}{2}$\geq $\sqrt{xy}$ \Leftrightarrow $x-2\sqrt{xy}+y$ \geq $0$ \Leftrightarrow$ (\sqrt{x}-\sqrt{y})^2 $\geq$ 0$ (luôn đúng)

b/ $\dfrac{1}{x}+\dfrac{1}{y} $= $\dfrac{x+y}{x}+ \dfrac{x+y}{y}=2+ \dfrac{x}{y}+\dfrac{y}{x}$ \geq$ 2+2=4$
\Rightarrow $min=4$ tại $x=y=\dfrac{1}{2}$

min=4 tại x=y=12
