Trong câu 4 thì chủ ngữ là the only one nên be=>has

Cụm từ "one of the/those/these + plural noun + who/that" => động từ chia ở số nhiều

Phân biệt :
- One of the students gets good mark.
- One of the students who get good mark is John

Cụm từ "the only one of the/those/these + plural noun + who/that" => động từ chia số ít

Các trang web VN nói về sub-verb agreement với either...or, neither..nor, not only..but also thường viết : động từ chia theo chủ ngữ sau or, not, but also nhưng các trang của nước ngoài thì luôn bảo : động từ chia theo chủ ngữ gần nó nhất. Lúc đầu mình cũng ko thấy có gì khác nhau cả cho đến khi gặp câu tương tự như câu (3) này.
Các trang về ngữ pháp tiếng anh ( nc ngoài ) đều chia trong trường hợp này là Has cả . Giờ gặp câu loại này ko biết làm kiểu gì đây
