In my opinion, we should wear a helmet every time when we ride a motorcycle in the street. The helmet will be safe our head, will not effect on our brain. Special, it’ll reduce traffic accidents. Because, in Ho Chi Minh City, hundreds of people die every year in traffict accidents. This number will continues to increase if we don’t wear a helmet. Although the helmets are uncomfortable, but we should think about our life, our country, and also another people….
The traffic jams in HCM City is a big problem, special on the rush hour. The government couldn’t solve the problem completely in the few years. The main transport is motocycle. It’s a main cause to make the traffic jams. We can reduce the traffict jams how to reduce the number of cars in our city. The government should encourage people to use bicycles, and build the cycle lanes for them, have a good public transport system. In my opinion, only public transport system can solve traffict jams. The government should improve the public transport system.
