Câu 3: Hành động được nhắc "you were in town" là hành động ở quá khứ, còn "we know" là hiện tại đơn => Có lùi thì.
Viết như sau: You are known to have been in town.......
Câu 4: Theo mình nghĩ hành động anh ấy làm việc thêm giờ là không xảy ra, nhưng hành động "tôi" kiếm tiền hơn anh ấy là đúng.
Vậy: he would earn as much as I do.

Mình chỉ góp ý câu 3 thành 3) You are known to have been in town on the night of the crime
với câu 4 thành 4) If he worked overtime, he would earn as much as I do
Bạn thử tham khảo công thức này nhé !
Công thức: If + S + had P2, S +would V
I’m hungry now because I didn’t have breakfast.
-> If I had had breakfast, I wouldn’t be hungry now
Công thức: If + S + V ( past), S + would have + P2
He isn’t a good student. He didn’t study hard Yesterday
-> If he were a good student, he would have studied hard Yesterday.
