The charts illustrate the percentage of proprietor in the highest and lowest sales industries in the United States. The proportion of women owning the highest in the 20 lowest sales sectors, at 55% while the highest sales sectors account for only 16% in this category. In terms of ownership, the figures for the highest sales sectors are 13%, more than twice for the lowest. As for the male ownership, the 20 lowest categories are just over half of the lowest 20 categories.

The proportion of women owns the highest in the Lowest Sales Industries with a 55%, however, this category is only accounted for 16% in the Highest Sales Industries. In terms of ownership between both genders, 13% equally owned is in the Highest Sales Industries, twice higher than the Lowest Sales Industries, which is recorded 6% only. As for the last category, 76% of the Highest Sales Industries belongs to male ownership which is doubled the number of this gender in the Lowest Sales Industries. Overall, the chart highlights that women owns the most businesses in the 20 Lowest Sales Industries, while in the opposite, men has the highest proportion of owning business in the 20 Highest Sales Industries.
