theo tui ở đây hok dịch là lời thăm hỏi mà nên dịch là bản điều tra
==> như thế thì cái này phair chia số nhiều mới đúng

không phải cứ ở thời quá khứ là dùng to have pp đâu....Mình mách cho các bạn thế này nhé...nếu thấy lệch thì VD : hiện tại đơn-QK thì khi chuyển dạng đặc biệt phải dùng to have Vpp

==> The building .is reported to have been badly damaged by fire ( nhưng dạo này tui thấy nhiều sách nó vẫn dùng to V, mình hỏi cô giáo nhưng cô bảo chẳng nhẽ sách nào cũng đúng tuyệt đối à?? hihi):D

tớ nghĩ là ý kiến của chị babykhocnhe dúng hơn vì tớ thấy lí thuyết phần đó toàn dùng => to have + P2 thui.
vả lại cô tớ dạy như thế mà
bài tập thấy cũng làm là to have+ P2

sách văn phạm tiếng anh do người Mỹ viết chăng nhẽ cũng là sai, có mà cố giáo của bạn viết sai... :-SS:-SS:-SS

tớ biết là không phải sách nào cũng tuyệt đối nhưng những trường hợp đó là đặc biệt thôi hiếm khi ta gặp
hiện tại chúng ta học chỉ là to have pp thôi bạn ah
