+Với x=0
[TEX]F'(0)=\lim_{x\to 0}\frac{F(x)-F(0)}{x-0}=\lim_{x\to 0}\frac{ln(1+x^2)}{x^2}=1[/TEX] \Rightarrow [TEX]F'(0)=1[/TEX]
\Rightarrow [TEX]F'(x)=\left{\begin{\frac{2}{1+x^2}-\frac{ln(1+x^2)}{x^2}(x\not =\0)}\\{1(x=0)}[/TEX]=f(x)
