Not everyone has the same idea and opinion about one topic and especially a topic that relates to believes and understandings. Being a good leader natuarally and being a good leader through leadership skills are both right. It really depends on how the people think and things that surround them.
Being a good leader 'naturally' are people who empower people and inspire them, whether it’s intentional or not. They have their own ways of working that create powers and that makes them look powerful. Having good decisions and choices leading to good results are what emphasis their frames. Not just that, an important aspect is that things and ideas, many outer effects that affect them, such as their family, friends, school that develop their personalities day by day and lead to good leaders as you can see. No matter where, how those good leaders are, we all know and believe that despite they have their natural qualities, they still have to train, practice their own skills, develop, and learn from many other past or present leaders.
The second point in this essay will be being a leader is not necessarily from natural but from leadership skills. AS you can see many famous leaders such as, Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Bill Clinton all from Harvard university where is one the best university in the world. THe result clearly shows that despite they have their leader qualities, they still have to practise, involve in many activities, making friends, doing speeches, making their own decisions and of course, give their best shot. As through those working hard, doing jobs, participating in many activities to build up their skills. For example, being in a debating teams wil adventurally give you more confidences, practicing speaking in front of such a large audience, debut the other team and obviously, build up your information that s kept inside your mind.
In conclusion, you have seen somes examples through these upper two paragraphs and many other people as I said have different ideas. So, to me, even though you have got such a good, excellent quality of being a leader, but if you don't, practice and train it, build up your skills from many aspects, your skills would always be rough. Being a good leader to inspire other people and be a good leader would be unlikely.
