Some people believe that it’s is important for children to participate in playing sports, watching television, or social activities. While other claims that instead of doing these activities, children should do household chores. I agree totally with the latter point of view for following reasons.
The first and probably most important is that children will be mature and more independent when they do housework as soon as they are able to do. For example, children know how to cook the meal, clean the house, or decorate the furniture, so they can take care of themselves when their parents are busy. Especially, in this case, they have a chance to create some dishes that are delicious and taste, usually cook, thus they feel confident to host a party as well as get everything ready such as food, drink, collection the places, etc. Besides, you have to give their ideas to treat and analyze an emergency situation, these are very useful experiments when the live far away from their home.
Secondly, doing household chores will increase children’s awareness of responsibilities in future life as well as they can learn lots of skills. If parents teach their children some things, not only they will know their responsibilities but also it can show their manners and respect for their parents through the tasks. In addition, children can cooperate well with your parents and other family members, they build and develop naturally a team-work skill that brings many benefits when you grow up and interact with a lot of people. Hence, being assigned a certain duty will teach children to take responsibilities and to fulfill them as best you can.
Last but not at least, children are a central role in family because their family is more happy based on their actions. To be honest, what parents should do to bring up their children is so difficult. They are lucky if a child has a good attitude, he will be aware of doing their housework and help parent who are tired after a hard working day. At this time, children can bring every member in their family closer since they do household chores together, so they have more spare time to share both their daily life and their concerns to each other. It’s very intangible, valuable and meaningful to build strong foundation like as their family.
In conclusion, as far as I’m concerned that parents should teach their children doing housework if they are full of abilities to do.
