Present perfect simple and present perfect progressive

Câu 1: Câu này đang nhấn mạnh đến kết quả của hành động lau nên chia thì hiện tại hoàn thành.
Câu 2: Hiện tại hoàn thành cũng dùng for đấy bạn. Nhưng ở câu này mình nghĩ nên chia Hiện tại hoàn thành vì thời gian nó chưa rõ (for years) mà hiện tại hoàn thành tiếp diễn nhấn mạnh thời gian của hành động.
câu 7: You can't talk to John because he has gone out
câu 8: Các động từ như Live, Work, Learn, Study, lie, Sleep, Teach, Stand, Sit, Wait được dùng ở cả hai thì mà không có sự khác biệt về ý nghĩa.
câu 9, 14: Nhấn mạnh đến kết quả của hành động ta chai thì hiện tại hoàn thành.
