In recent years, a great number of road accidents have happened.Specially, this number increased unexpectedly in the last Tet holiday. It’s not difficult to explain about the reason why they are increasing. Some drivers whose the strength is high can cause accidents easilly. The others don’t follow the highway code or they aren’t old enough to drive a car. In other words, they defy their life. In my opinion, if we want to reduce road accidents, we must follow the highway code firstly. We should have a self-awareness It’s easy to say, but hard to do. Sometimes, you have many reasons for not following the highway code, but all of them are just some quibbles. They can’t prevent you from having a road accident if you aren’t careful. Otherwise, the government has to promulgate some laws which are more practical than the ones before so that fewer people die of road accients. I hope this situation will be improved significantly in Tet 2009.
