Xét $g(x) = -x^2 + 3x - 1$ trên $(-\infty; 1]$

$$ycbt \Leftrightarrow 3m \leq \max_{(-\infty;1]}g(x) = g(1) = 1 \Leftrightarrow m \leq \frac13$$

Vậy $m \leq \frac13$
