=> Câu này sai rồi e. Cụm two-hour là tính từ bổ nghĩa cho từ "train"

=> Adj + TĐT + S +V(inf) + that + Clause

-----> Whatever you do, you don't press this red button
=> Whatever + S + V (đc chia), + Clause

Câu này em làm hơi sai nhé, chỗ này là sử dụng cụm tính từ " two-hour" bổ nghĩa cho "train" và cần dùng mạo từ "a" nhé
2. The police didn't at all suspect that the judge was the murderer
-----> Little did the police suspect that the judge was the murderer
Câu này là đảo ngữ với "Little", chắc cơ bản ha
3. Don't press this red button in any circumstance
-----> Whatever you do, you don't press this red button
Chỗ này chỉ cần hiểu nghĩa của từ "In any circumstance" nghĩa là trong bất kì trường hợp nào là ổn cả
4. Although he was tired, he agreed to play tennis
-----> Tired as he was, he agreed to play tennis
Đây là đảo ngữ với "As". "Adj+ as+ S+ V, clause" = "Although + clause, clause". Chỗ này có thể thay "as" là "though" cũng đúng nhé
5. House prices have increased over the past year
-----> There has been an increase in house prices over the past year
Chỗ này dùng nghĩa thông thường thôi, chuyển " increase" từ động từ thành danh từ
6. He was sentenced to six month in prison for his part in the robbery
-----> He received six-month imprisonment for his part in the robbery
Ở đây ít ai dùng từ "imprisonment" lắm em nhé (Anh chưa biết là đúng hay sai). Tốt nhất em hãy dùng câu này "He received a six-month sentence for his part in the robbery."

Câu này là đảo ngữ với "Such" : Such + be + N +that+ clause. Còn từ "hardly" thì có nghĩa là " hầu như không" thì chắc cái này cơ bản ha

Take effect : "phát huy tác dụng" nhé

Cái này cũng là Collocation, To be over the moon: cực kì vui sướng vì một điều gì đó

----> The only thing I'm interested in is why he did it
Cái này chắc cơ bản về nghĩa thôi, " The only thing (that/ which) I am interested in" còn "is" là của "the only thing"

----> They have tested a new flu vaccine since the beginning of the year
"On trial" : có nghĩa là đang được thử nghiệm. Nên cần dùng từ "test" có nghĩa tương đương

----> Her work resulted in the discovery of eight new comets
"Result in" có nghĩa là gây ra, tạo ra một điều gì đó
