\Leftrightarrow $x^4+9x^3+9x^2+81x=22x^2-44x+22$
\Leftrightarrow $x^4+9x^3-13x^2+125x-22=0$
\Leftrightarrow $(x^2+11x-2)(x^2-2x+11)=0$
\Leftrightarrow $x^2+11x-2=0$ ( Vì $x^2-2x+11>0$)
