Bạn giải thích rõ câu 4 mình với, sao lại sử dụng "is" ở đây vây bạn

Xét cấu trúc thì "The car which she has just bought" mới chỉ là danh từ, vì thế nên câu này chưa có động từ đâu á bạn ^^ Bản chất của câu này là The car is new, còn "which she has just bought" là mệnh đề quan hệ có chức năng bổ nghĩa, làm rõ hơn cho "the car thôi" ^^
