He holds the world records for high and low parachute jumps from buildings , bridges, and other structures. In 1999, he jumped off the Petronas Tower in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He made the 35-kilometer ( 22-mile) journey from Dover, England to Calais, France in just 14 minutes !
