Dấu phẩy đặt như bạn ấy là đúng rồi. Khi một người hay vật đã đc xác định cụ thể ( trong TH này là người tên là Ann) thì ta phải đặt dấu phẩy ở cả đầu và cuối .

Còn mệnh đề quan hệ đứng sau danh từ chưa được xác định thì chỉ cần dấu phẩy ở đầu thôi
