Đặt $$\sqrt{x}=a$$
$$\sqrt{y+1}=b$$

\Rightarrow $$a^2+3ab=4b^2$$

\Leftrightarrow $$a(a-b)+4b(a-b)=0$$

\Leftrightarrow $$(a-b)(a+4b)=0$$

Vì $$a+4b>0$$

\Rightarrow $$a=b$$

\Leftrightarrow $$x=y+1$$

Sau đó thay vào pt 1 và giải ra x,y
