mình hiểu "Under no circumstances" là " ko trong bất cứ hoàn cảnh nào" ở câu này tức là: "Bạn ko nên gọi điện cho cảnh sát dù có bất kì chuyện j" vậy sao khi chuyển lại thành "điều cuối cùng bạn nên làm là gọi điện cho cảnh sat" :confused::confused:
