Thật vậy, với nhiều hành khách, nhận được sự chăm sóc như thế là tất cả những j ( mà họ cần) trong toàn cuộc trải nghiệm. Ko một hình thức di chuyển nào mà bao gồm sự phục vụ ( to wait on: phục vụ, hầu hạ) đối vs khách hàng theo cách tương tự: với đồ ăn, thức uống, báo, tạp chí và thậm chí cả phim video.
