Ricky Martin
Ricky Martin was born in Puerto Rico in 1971.He became a star at the age ò 13, singing in Latin boy band called Menudo.
After leaving the group in 1989, he began a solo caeer, acting on TV and in the theatre, and making records both in Spanish and English. His high-energy style
combines elements of Latin, rock and jazz music.
Ricky has been part of the recent bôm in Latin music and he is now an international superstar.

Freya Stark
she was born on 31 January 1893, in Paris.Her parent were a remarkable couple who were interested in travel.When Freya was still a baby, she was caried across the Dolomite mountains to Italy.Freya Stark was educated privately in Italy. She only wanted to about other countries, their languages and cultures.Before she was thirty years old, she could speak several languages, including Arabic.Freya Stark became a professional writer who specialized in books about travel.In 1927 she travelled alone to the Lebanon, and in later years she was the first western woman to explore remote parts of Iraq, Iran, the Yemen and Turkey. She died on 9 May,1993.
In my opinion, she is one of the greatest women of all time, and an inspiration to girls and women today.
