Celebrations become part of life in Viet Nam nowadays. However, it seems to have limitations in organizing celebrations. Write a letter to authorities to suggest possible solutions to improve the ways of celebrating big festivals.

- I suggest that Events and activities arrangements should be carefully prepared. (List some examples)
+ An area of shops to buy necessary things which are mostly expected when joining the celebrations (Souvenirs, Food,....)
+ Offer many suitable services.
+ Make recreational activities interesting and appealing to guests.
+ Make sure the main event of the celebration is the most important.
(Paragraph 2): Service Quality
- State some problems with the service quality in some previous celebrations.
- Offer solutions:
+ Enhance hospitality, friendliness and patience.
+ Experienced, responsible and dedicated staff, who is able to meet up guests' expectations.
+ Offer feedback giving service. (such as online survey, emails, ....)
( Paragraph 3) Guests satisfaction
- Satisfying guests is one of the top priorities to leave a strong impression on guests. However, only the main event won't be enough.
+ Offer them services outside the main event, such as hotels and transportation.
+ Planning relevant external activities for guests.
+ Setting up surprises at the main event for guests.
