1. What are advantages/ disadvantages of TV ?
Communication is a vital need for the whole world till date. One of the very prominent and common media for communication is Television. There would be no home without a television in today’s world. Television helps the people to get updated on daily happenings in the world. One of the biggest family entertainments is Television. Educational channels are also available in Television. While having a television at home seems to be a great advantage, the disadvantages are also threatening. The time it consumes from our day to day life is more. You can see people going out of routines or postponing schedules if they become addict to watching television.
2. What are advantages/ disadvantages of the Internet ?
The Internet plays an important role in our modern life. However, every coin has two sides and we can find out pros and cons of the internet by my following provement.
The Internet is a breakthrough in developing technology. It brings us wonderful advantages. First, education is more and more improved due to appearance of the internet. Students can learn and look for basic knowledge online without spending too much time in the libarary. This leads to the fact that it is very convenient for both teachers and students to broaden their perception. Second, the internet shorten the distance of people even though they are very far from each other. Skype or Yahoo are good ways for them to contact and have fun. It is true to say that distance is not a big problem in such a developing technology world. Third, the internet makes everything easier and faster. For example, we can send or receive documentary through email for a short time wwhile 10 years ago, we need to wait foe 3 or 4 days to send to a far distence.
On the other hand, the internet also has drawbacks. People especially teenager are easily involved in computer games. They take so much time to sit in front of the screen to play games. This doesn't only affect to their health but it also decrease the amount of money which their parents earn by hard works. They can't understand that money doesn't grow on tree. Moreover, the internet prevents them from taking part in outdoor activities beacause of the internet's attraction. This will slowdown socal skills and cause their inconfidence .
In a word, the inetrnet is one of the most wonderful inventions in the world. However, it also causes trobles in our life. Thus, we should use it in moderate

Computer is the
wonderful and
mastermind gift of the
science to the
humankind. The computer is one of the most important
inventions of our age. So our age is called
computer age. The first computer was a
mechanical computer which was created by the
Charles Babbage.
The Computer is an
electronic calculating machine. It is very simple data based machine. It performs various functions faster and more accurately. It can be used to do any kind of work. It provides facility of many other tools like
paint tool, text tool etc which are very beneficial to us. It allows us to make changes in the already stored data as well as store new data.
Computer is a big dictionary. We use to save any type of large amount of data like information, study materials, projects, photos, images, video, audio, songs, clips, games, and many more in computers.
The computer is used in
railways and
airports. Reservations and cancellation of the tickets are done on the computer. It controls and regulates the arrival and departure of trains as well as aeroplanes. Computers are necessary in
printing book and
news papers. Road traffic of big cities is also controlled by the computers. The police use computer to keep the records of the criminals.
The computer is used in business houses for maintaining the
accounts, stocks, invoice and
payroll etc. Hospitals use computer to keep a record of the patients’ medical history and particularly in surgery and pathology. In banks, it plays important role to keep records of
financial transactions. They are used to
forecast the weather.
The computer has made our life and work very easy. It is very true that computer is a great invention of the
modern technology.
4. Who is your idol ? Describe him/her.
In your life, you need an idol and so do I because it is obvious that idols inspire us in many ways from life style to behavior to characteristics. For me, the man I particularly admire is my grandfather. Born in times of war, he sooner joined the army for peace. Due to his talent an patriotism, he tried his best to creat the victory of many battles, which made him be voted for commander position. His brothers-in-arms always looked up to and regarded him as their oldest brother because he was caring and shared difficulties with them. Then, in times of peace, he was discharged from the army and got by on a variety of different jobs for bringing us five children. Actually his sacrifice is deserved to being admirable. Until now, when his children grew up, although each person has a personal family, he still teaches the right to better their life. As his nephew, i live in the magic world with numerous fairytales he updates . Moreover, these stories he tells virtually associate with aspects of life with the view to helping me deeply understand about various in invaluable lessons. The way of his living has inspired me and everyone. Now and then, my grandfather is an idol in my mind forever.
