==> I feel so happy and healthy after the trip.

Mình có một thắc mắc nho nhỏ: Tại sao câu 2 và 3 lại dùng are mà không dùng were?

Vì đây là những sự thật hiển nhiên. Con người thì luôn thân thiện và hiếu khách chứ ko phải đã từng thân thiện và hiếu khách. Cảnh quan cũng vậy. Nó luôn ngoạn mục và tuyệt vời chứ ko phải đã từng như thế.
