I just happened to create a piece of writing which reports the figures from the table below. Hope you guys can check this for me :) (and I'll also be happy if you guys can learrn something from it :d)

Literacy rates in Sunshine country from 1998 - 2007

|1998|2002|2004|2007
Lowlands|50%|53%|56%|95%
Midlands|70%|75%|80%|85%
Highlands|50%|45%|40%|30%

Report:

A glance at the table gives us an overall view of how literacy rates changed in three parts of Sunshine country between 1998 and 2007.

It can be noticed from that table that Highlands always made up the area with the lowest literacy rates which never exceeded 50% and that both Lowlands and Midlands saw upward trends in the percentage of literal people, while this trend for Highlands was downward over this 10 year period.

In 1998, Lowlands and Highlands had the same literacy rates at 50%. By comparison, the figure for Midlands was 70% at this time. During the next 9 years, all of three mentioning regions brought slight changes in the rates of literacy except for the exponential growth bringing up in Lowlands in the last 3 years of the period shown. From 1998, the proportion of literal people in Midlands went up by 15% and reached 85% in 2007. Meanwhile, even though in 1998, half of the population in Highlands was capable of reading and writing well, in 2007, only nearly one-third of Highlands’ population could do the same thing.
