Tiểu Sử

(*)Taylor Swift được sinh ra tại Reading, Pennsylvania. Cha cô là Scott Kingsley Swift, làm nghề môi giới chứng khoán tại ngân hàng Merrill Lynch của Mỹ. Cha cô lớn lên tại Pennsylvania và là người nối dõi 3 đời của chủ tịch ngân hàng. Còn mẹ là Andrea (nhũ danh Finlay) làm nội trợ, từng là giám đốc tài chính cho quĩ hỗ trợ. Andrea sinh ra và lớn lên tại Singapore sau đó chuyển tới Texas; ông ngoại của Taylor Swift từng là kỹ sư về giàn khoan dầu mỏ trải khắp Đông Nam Á.

(*)Taylor có một em trai tên là Austin đang theo học Đại học Notre Dame. Taylor bắt đầu đi nhà trẻ tại Trường Alvernia Montessori, được điều hành bởi các nữ tu sĩ dòng Fran-xít, sau đó vào học Trường tư Wyndcroft. Năm Swift lên 9, cả gia đình đã chuyển tới sống tại Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, ở đó Taylor theo học Tiểu học West Reading và Trung học Wyomissing Area. Khi tới nghỉ mát tại biệt thự của gia đình ở bến cảng Stone, New Jersey, Taylor đã miêu tả nó như là "nơi những kí ức đẹp nhất về tuổi thơ đã được vun đắp".

(*)Sở thích đầu tiên của Taylor là cưỡi ngựa. Mẹ Taylor từng đặt con gái lên yên ngựa khi Taylor mới 9 tháng tuổi. Gia đình cô cũng sở hữu vài con ngựa Quarter và một chú ngựa con Shetland.

Taylor Swift là một ca sĩ, nhạc sĩ theo đuổi thể loại nhạc đồng quê/ pop. Với vẻ ngoài xinh đẹp, giọng hát ngọt ngào và khả năng sáng tác tuyệt vời, cô được mệnh danh là “Công chúa nhạc đồng quê”.
