Chỗ này bác sĩ nói với Tim cơ mà, phải thế này mới đúng:
  1. "Doctor said Tim should do lots of morning exercises to improve his health."
  2. "Doctor advised Tim to do lots of morning exercises to improve his health."

Ngữ cảnh không rõ ràng, do đó ta cũng khó xác định được là dùng I hay là Tim
Nếu tôi chính là Tim thì dùng I
Nếu chỉ thuật lại 1 đoạn hội thoại thì dùng Tim

Confirm thì cũng đúng mà
