Most people acquire their disability or health condition during adult life so it is important that managers and all staff become more confident when managing and working with disability in the workplace.
This is why Disability Rights UK has developed specialist disability confidence courses; one aimed at individuals at any level and the other aimed at managers.

We are a registered charity with expert trainers with over 25 years experience in the disability and equality field.
